Hello, I’m Pablo Diez, and I welcome you to Yoga NAUÉ, the yoga center in Valladolid where we don’t believe in dogmatic yoga; we believe in the power of self-knowledge and a practice adapted to today's reality. We advocate that today’s pace of life, distractions, concerns, and ailments are very different from those that existed when yoga originated. That is why, through our yoga practice, we seek to adapt to this new reality without losing our center. In my experience teaching yoga across different continents, I understood that it is not the student who must adapt to yoga, but yoga that must adapt to the student. For this reason, I trained in various styles—from the most physical to the most therapeutic, and from deep breathing techniques to guided relaxations—all with the same focus: personal power. I am not alone in this adventure; I am joined by a small team of teachers with different specialties whom I invite you to meet.
